Embracing your identity as a Child of God is a transformative journey that begins with understanding your inherent worth and purpose. This identity is not just a label, but a profound truth rooted in spiritual beliefs.

What does it mean to be a Member of Christ’s Church? Our present lesson is concerned with the responsibilities of membership in the Body of Christ and the characteristics required.

This lesson is inspired by Paul’s comments in Colossians 4:2-6. Here Paul mentions the most important elements of his method, that is to say the way he went about his ministry of fulfilling the mission to preach the message of Christ.

When the Messiah gave a Mission to his disciples to preach his message to the world, he made them ministers of that message. It is important to understand the "ministry" of the gospel just as it is important to understand the other Mms we have studied so far (Messiah, mission, and message).

Understanding the Message of Christ is essential to fulfilling his mission. Our duty is to "proclaim Christ" (Colossians 1:27-28). Only the message of Christ is "the word of truth" and "the faith" (Colossians 1:5-6, 23).

Understanding the Mission of Christ’s church is nearly as important as understanding the Messiah himself. To what extent has the great commission (Mark 16:15) "Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.” been fulfilled in the 21st Century compared to the 1st Century?

In his letter to the Colossians, Paul prays that they would be "filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding" (Colossians 1:9). In these lessons from Colossians, there are seven things we will consider
